About Niesa Roberts
Niesa Roberts has over 15 years experience in the Human Resources Management field both in the private and public sector. Niesa has overseen areas in recruitment for positions, career planning, employee counseling, promotions, salary increases, employee benefits and much more. Although she has been in the HR field for several years, she has a bachelors in psychology and human resource management and a master’s degree in education. After working and counseling thousands of staff and dealing with her own personal issues in her career she noticed a similar pattern with everyone. They were always striving to move forward in their career hoping and thinking it would bring them happiness.
